The City of Marietta Municipal Court is located right off the Marietta Square at 240 Lemon Street, Marietta, GA, 30060. A court of limited jurisdiction, all traffic offenses committed in the city limits are prosecuted here, as are several lower-level misdemeanors, such as shoplifting, underage possession of alcohol and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. 

The Chief Judge of Marietta Municipal Court is Roger Rozen, though there are numerous associate judges that sit in from time to time. The City Solicitor is Robert Donovan, and there are also several assistant solicitors.
