The City of Austell Municipal Court  is located at 5000 Austell-Powder Springs Road, Austell, Georgia, 30106. A court of limited jurisdiction, traffic offenses, as well as some lower-level misdemeanor offenses, that are committed within the city limits are prosecuted here. 

The Judge in this Court is David Darden and the Solicitor is Leann MacDougall. Court is held here on Thursday evenings beginning at 6:00 p.m.
